Good day,

I'm fed up with Capitec Bank, pressurizing me for balances outstanding due to them. My accounts was settled in 2007, and was given an amount to pay.

I don't have my proof of payment any longer because its dating back years. Sure, they can look at their archive files and will get my details.

I was harassed at work, from a collection company on behalf of Capitec Bank. I'm taking this matter up further, for defamation of character whilst Capitec didn't do their job properly.

I'll contact and visit the ombudsman the minute this matter is not resolved with immediate effect. Why do I still owe them any money, while I was granted account, loans, etc?
