EXTREME POOR SERVICE CLAIM #6188080

Zurich I'm sick and tired of the poor service I'm receiving from your employees in Chrisna Koegelenberg, Brenda Pakela and Richard Maliepaard. All of them are just full of empty promise. I'm very sick of this unprofessional junk they call service. Don't they ever get training in customer service, on items such as prompt response, keeping the client informed ets. This applied especially too Brenda and Chrisna. I'm in the second month of having lodged a claim since 31 December 2013 and my car still remains to be fixed and yet your best employees just keep mum constantly waiting for me to call or email them and they just make empty promises. saying they will sort things our and get back to me, days go by and no one ever gets back to me. when I get a chance to speak to any of them it's just the blame game, repair centre, Volvo. There is never ownership. You see Richard, made my car sit for a month as a place that is not approved by Volvo to repair Volvo cars. Volvo called me to tell me a service provide that is not on their approved list is ordering parts to fix my car and they will not be sending parts unless I authorise that they do and agree to loosing all warranties.
