I took my volvo S60 for 80km service at Rustenburg volvo on the 10th October. On the 13th October the car started over heating and it was collected on the 14th of October to Rustenburg volvo. Initially I was told the problem was oil which has mixed with water then I was told the problem is injectors lastly a computer box. The car has been with them for two months. Making matters worse the courtesy car was once cancelled and I was called to collect my car which they claim was ready of which it was not, yet they tried to give it to my wife. I tried on numerous occasion to engage Volvo SA customer service to help get my car quickly fixed or move it to the other dealership. The only response that I get is to provide them with my details and a promise to call me back. Nothing has ever materialised from my numerous phone calls. It is clear that my car is assigned to an incompetent team. Moderm technology used will diagnose all the problem in a car at once hence my doubt when I get told of recurring problems that always surface
