Bad attitude fro the word go

During the moth of Jan I bought a Volvo s40 from Volvo in Rustenburg the vehicle had 20000km on the clock. We where happy with the deal. I noticed that the front driver's carpet did not belong to the car. I pointed this out to the sales lady Brenda who told me that they will order the right carpet for me. After waiting about two weeks the car was meant to go in for a service. On my way there the cars transmission was slipping. I handed the car in and the Foreman Pierre assured me that they will resolve the matter. I then decided to go see the Brenda for the carpets. When I got there I was greeted with cheap nasty carpets branded with the company name and telephone numbers. I was promised the original carpet and now given a advertising mat for Leon's motors. I thought I was buy a Volvo not a company buckie. I told Brenda to fix it and left. On coming back the Manager Barent rudest person ever made thing worse when I told him I had engine issues he told me what must he do Volvo engines have issues all the time he gave me R15000 cash back I must be happy and he will not give me the carpet they promised, then he sat down and ignored me. Pierre and France resolved my issues.
