Promises broken at business account level

Good day Hamish

Trust you are well.
I contacted them about a credit card was advised my business account scored, so I applied for that credit card.
Once they received the credit card application, I was turned down.

Thank you for the credit card application - unfortunately the account does not score this month for a facility.

I can hold it over for next month and try again - or you can open an investment account of R10 000 and I will take a cession.
