I laid a complain about unautorised transaction from my account. Richard took over and dealt with my case bUT i'm not impressed with feedback i received. I never gave anyone my cellphone details, pin and card. Now they telling me they that they wont pay because its a mobile transaction. How can a bank that i trusted so much treat their customer like this. I have to wait for 2 days for a letter for Ombudsman. How can they treat me like this. I'm very angry with feedback i received from the back. I want my money back
