So I was promised the problem will be resolved by 04 February, now our resolutions agent just is not available to speak to and ignores my emails!

Standard bank took my R4, 000 I put into my account this month first deducted their R3, 335 penalities and honored none of my debit orders! Even the debit order for the insurance for the vehicle they financed and insures, so their own penalties now resulted in the vehicle they finance of a client in financial struggle runs uninsured everyday on the road! Wise, really wise!

After their resolutions agent in writing on public media ie hello peter, admitted I had cover for retrenchment and after I had received confirmation in writing that this penalties will be reversed! No response so now I follow their example, just ignore their collections department's calls
