I purchased a vehicle and financed it through Standard Bank VAF. I took out the Bank's Top Up cover on the vehicle.
I have traded the vehicle in, in March 2010 and now I notice the amount for the cover is still going off my account? How is that possible?
In order to resolve this I have to provide proof to the financial institution that received a settlement amount for the vehicle with proof that the vehicle was settled?
