Hi, I just got off the phone with an agent who sounded like he was under the influence of alcohol and had no customer service etiquette at all. It sounded like he had never processed an accident claim before and I had to inform HIM of details that he forgot to ask. I only started being a member of Standard Bank insurance this month and if this is the type of service I should be expecting I will definitely cancel this as soon as my claim has been processed. I requested a courtesy car to be at my office before 11 and also to have my car towed away before then as I am leaving work at 11. Please ensure that this request is adhered to.
