I am completely frustrated with FNB, I call on Wednesday around 4pm to find out if the approved smart device application had a device allocated to me and was being sent to the couriers... The lady then confirmed to me that I had a device allocated to me and assured me that if I didnt that it would have said that it was backed logged in the system already. Needless to say yesterday I get an sms saying you do not have stock! I called again only to find out that I have now been moved to back log orders??? PLEASE can someone explain to me how one day I have a device allocated and one day I dont! your call centers excuse was that the system updated! This is beyond frustrating and makes me as a customer feel like I was push further down the queue for someone else!! And your guys cannot even tell me when stock will be available!!!
