On Tuesday I deposited R2640 into my son's account. That amount went through but unsuccessful. I immediately went inside the branch, explained the matter to who was very helpful. He tried tracing that transaction but couldn't track it at that time, so I fill an ATM form and advised me that the matter will be resolved within 24-48 hours. On Wednesday a very rude, unprofessional and a stupid consultant called me and demanded to speak to Tiisetso (my 4 yr old son). So there I was wondering who the is this? Because she never introduced herself and the name of the company she was calling from. And I did not understand who she wanted to speak to my son because I filled in my details on the ATM query form and not my son's. She continued being the stupid she is by still handling the call rudely. So I assume she did not treat me with respect is because of the pitch of my voice is very small and sounds like that of a miner. But regardless of the age, gender or race, every customer should be treated with the same level of respect. Elna shocked the out of me when she advised that R2290 will be in the account midnight. what the? It was R2640 and not R2290. I want my money
