After hearing about a promotion where one would receive R200 if Miway could not beat your current premium, I called the call Centre. The quote given to me was MUCH higher than my current premium. I was asked to then email my policy through to a person by the name of K Gugulethu, which I did in August. I then contacted Miway again in October, when I got asked repeatedly whether I would like to take out the policy with them, with no memory of my promised R200 or the fact that they were much more pricey than what I am currently paying. I then spoke to a manager who promised to get back to me that day (7/10/2013) I am still waiting...
