Our Consultant dismissed for. A new consultant flew in and made numerous appointments to lower our premiums at our new home. Upon going to the Lab to conduct tests Dec2012, we are in an accident and the car is written off. Consultants response: "I'm not the broker cant help.". We cancel the MV policy and change to a new more affordable Life insurance. Still getting debited apart from the Life Insurance. Immanuel claims confusion&cancels appointments&cant help. Later we find out its household content. I contact the broker, he admits it wasnt cancelled he forgot but put it under his name but DID NOT CHANGE to new address but WILL! Life Insurance quote lower&agreed to change. Old premium not cancelled. NOW -2 life policies & 2 Disabilities covers! Where is the quality control? I contact the Call centre who promise to reimbuse incorrect household content for 1 year and Life Insurance double debits since new take-over Dec2012. Call Centre Manager arrives back from leave: "No reimbursements, "Consultant is bad, If you were robbed maybe we would have assisted, Double premiums, sorry! "This is surely illegal & unethical possible .1 year paying service not received&double debits? Appauled
