HOW CAN WE PAY IF NO ONE ASSISTS!!!

I have emailed and called on several occassions requesting updated statements concerning arrears from my account. Arrears are from 5 months I did not work in 2011 - once I started working payment was debited on a monthly basis and I have worked my way towards clearing my arrears - last month I paid a substantial amount and requested from [Email Removed] several times what the final balances were! I get read receipts but no one could care less about assisting and of course yet another month goes past with my ITC reflecting as a bad payer! I want my name brought out of arrears and into the green on ITC because your accounts lack of competence is no reason for me to keep being penalised! Today a lady phones from your accounts demanding payment for the balance - un real considering I cant find out what the balance is!!! I want this dealt with immediately!!!
