I cancelled my auto settlement policy with Bidvest after I settled my financing on my vehicle. I called to cancel the policy, which they did. I had to enquire twice about the 10% cash back bonus before being told to send email with proof. I sent the email on 29 January and have called three times afterwards to find out what happens next. Each time I am promised that someone will contact me. I have not had anyone from bidvest call me yet. I have entered enquiry on the website's "contact us" page, but no response.
Today I tried calling again. I am put on hold, or get transferred back to reception every time. No one answers the phones? I tried early morning, and then from 12:50 - 13:45 (almost an hour waiting on the phone - check your recorded records if you please). I even asked to be put through to a department to lodge a complaint, but alas, no answer.
Can I please get a response from Bidvest on when my 10% cash back bonus will be paid to me, since I cannot get hold of you.
