I have car insurance and Warranty with Bidvest, I have been waiting for my reembursement since December and it seems like nothing will happen anytime soon, I have been sending mails throughout. Sunday was in an accident, I called their claims department the whole day without response, now I am struggling to get a courtesy car because their old systems will only allocate month-end deductions on the 11th, how disgusting is that. I dont think Bidvest is in a position to operate insurance business and I have already reported them to Short-Term Insurance Ombudsman, I wont rest till their processes are thourghly investigated by consumer advocate.
