Extremly poor service - askwhy

So I joined this askwhy bank and had great service, until I needed to change my internet banking to a new phone. 90 minutes later at the branch and about 5 calls to helpdesk and customer care I was still not setup on internet banking. seems nobody at this bank who signs up 100 000 clients a month know how their own systems work. pathetic and horrible is the service headline. I ended up walking out, as I do have a real job to attend to and cant sit in a bank for 90 minutes with a bunch of clueless. And best part of all I was debited R50 for a token that I did not even receive. and guess what, no branch manager. wonder how many clients are leaving #askwhy.

I want my internet banking fixed or I will report the R50 debit as.
