Very bad service

My car went in for hail damage repairs on the 30th of January 2014, i called Global hail on 5th to find out how far my car is i then got told my car was written off, i then called Dail direct to find out whats going on and they told me that my car was written off, so Dail Direct didnt even call me to let me know!!! When i asked them if i had a choice Louis told me i dont have a choice. Well as far as i know they suppose to give me options and explain to me why i dont have a choice for my car to be written off or give me an option to buy my car back nothing was done. I called Louis back at least 5 times as well as mails and she never returned my call.

This is by far the worst service ever!!! And to find out from someone else that my car was written off not even from my insurance... speachless
