Slow service and unwilling to assist

I sold my car to a buying who went through standard bank vehicle finance - the transfer documents were signed on the 27/01/2014 and settlement payment made to MFC on the 28/01/2014. To date STD have not collected to natives or done the registration of the vehicle - the result of this is that I have yet to be paid the amount owed to me by Standard bank. The new owner of the vehicle has been in touch with standard bank and the consultant dealing with this matter and has to call numerous times as he does not return the calls. No urgency occurs with this matter and I am SICK of the lack of turnout time. I need the money ASAP and have been waiting - should the natives be picked up this week I will not be paid (or have the money in my account) before middle of next week. the over TWO WEEKS since I signed over the vehicle.
