We have sold one of our vehicles using Standard bank private finance, the so called representative Yeshika Maistry was handling the transaction for the client that purchased our vehicle. Since we have agreed on a price for the vehicle between ourselves and the purchaser, we have arranged the latest settlement letter with a copy of a cancelled cheque and ID. This was concluded in the beginning of the September and a settlement amount of R 70353.77 was given to Yeshika. We have since resent 20-09-2013 A new settlement of R 70693.84 and again on 03-10-2013 a new settlement was requested R 69315.41. We have since then paid a payment R 1777.49. Every time I have been the one to do the follow up calls and emails as to the progress of the transaction and every time there has been a different story as to the progress settlement. Eventually the vehicle was settled on 10-10-2013, however we are still waiting for the balance that's due to us between the settlement and the amount the vehicle was sold for. The balance due is nearly R40 000.00, not including the premium that we have paid. Another document was signed more than a week ago and still nothing yet.
