Not living up to what we agreed on, on a contract

I invested R200 000 with PIC Investments, under Highveld Syndication No. 21 Ltd for 5 years on December 2008. My contract with them was supposed to be terminated on December 2013, now they telling me they have added now 2 years on top of that which I NEVER agreed on verbally nd in writing. I used to receive my interest money monthly on the 1st of every month, which is what we agreed on, on the contract. Now I receive my interest money whenever they decided to send it. PIC INVESTMENTS SERVICE IS BAD PERIOD AND THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR CONTRACTS.
