My vehicle was written off on the 21st of October and settled on the 20th of November. Proof of settlement was sent 4 times but Standard Bank VAF is STILL deducting money from my account for this vehicle!
I have sent numerous mails and tried calling counteless times to 6 different numbers but all the mails go unanswered and the phone lines just ring.
Outsurance has settled but Standard Bank has not assigned the funds to my account!!
I have financed another vehicle through them but i will be moving this finance soon as this lack of service is pathetic!
