I financed my vehicle through Standard Bank 4 years ago. Six months ago when my balloon payment came off, I paid the amount in full. For the last 5 months they have continued to debit my account with the monthly installment. I have followed this up on numerous occasions. Only to be told the 4th time - last week - this is a very complex matter and will take a lot of time. Well, newsflash to Standard Bank - banking is complex!! Don't get into the business if you do not know what you are doing. I want interest on my money now too - at the same rate you charged me.
