Ad service, arguementitive and terribly rude

I needed to draw out of my investment account and my details where saved on another employees computer at the bank and the enquiry lady would not help me draw the cash and was rude in the way she spoke to me and then she was finish telling off she said but she will do the transaction for me.
I have been in customer service for 10 years and never in my life have i seen such terrible service.
After that another employee tried to explain to her that my documents is on the system and she told him dont get involved.
I thought that was very rude and in front of me the client is disgusting.
I walked away furious and so upset and cant believe i was treated that way.

I am a regular at the bank and deserve the same amount as respect as the next as she would expect.
