FNB CREDIT DIVISION RUDE AND THREATENING

I recieved call from a lady from the FNB Credit division who mentioned that my overdraft facility will have to be reduced as my income in the account does not suffice. I explained to her that I have moved my salary to another bank as a result of the bad service I recieved from FNB and I cannot afford to have this reduced at the moment. Also I mentioned that I sent the manage for FNB Durban North Yvonne Raya an email a few months ago but I didnt get a response. I am not open to negotations until she calls me. This rude women said that they will demand the entire amount from me. I dont appreciate such threats! I put money into my account every month so that there is enough for my debits and interest. I told her at this point I will have the facility reduced by R 300 which was I can afford but this obv wasnt good enough! She spoke to me like I was a piece of trash. THIS RUDE WOMEN THEN HAS THE AUDACITY TO PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME! I WANT THIS MATTER TAKEN FURTHER OR ELSE I WILL! I AM A PLATINUM CUSTOMER AT BOTH FNB AND NEDBANK AND I DESERVE THE RESPECT ANY OTHER PLATINUM OR PRIVATE CLIENT GETS!
