I paid off my debt with DCM and emailed the proof of payment to them but they have not responded to say the payment was made and when i called to find out what is happening i get told that when they process it they will send me a message and i must call them to get a letter to stay that i have paid up in full. What kind of service is that?

Firstly i have to hold the line for hours and sometimes the phone just gets put down in my ear without anyone helping me. Now i have paid everything and want that letter and want them to stop the debit order off my account before they take my money and then say i do not pay, but they make it impossible to reach them and they do not process the moneys paid.
