I recently requested about a settlement amount on my personal loan, which was sent to me. Well done for that, even though i was provided the incorrect information by your legal department.
I further enquired if this amount included the payment that was made to you by the debt councillor for June which it did not. It is now the 13th and they should have made a payment by now. i would like an updated settlement amount please, and you could you provide me with the banking details on where do make the payment so that i can firstly pay this off, get a paid up letter so i can send it to the debt counsellor before they debit me for an amount that is not due to you.
and why is it that they only way i recieve a responce is if i complain on Hello Peter???
