I have an overdraft facility on my absa cheque account. During August last year i send an email to the banker to arrange that overdraft should be reduced with R1000 per month till it was fully settled and also to cancel the overdraft life protection. Which nothing was done about them. I send another email this and was told i cant cancel the life protection which i thing this is unfair as i have the right to cancell if i dont want the product. The banker which is Sipho told me that this was reffered to customer service manager to call me even now no call was received. I need the overdraft protection to be cancelled and reverse all the money that was debited in my account
