How bad is this?
We took out a few policies from the broker incl policies for 2 emoloyees that have been working for us, they left last year around August.
they took out life insurance for themselves. My fiancee agreed that he will pay half of their anity policies.
this company went and activated all the policies on my fiancee's bank account!!!
He also took out a Sanlam Policy which he sighned for a R600 premium it has been going off R1200 every month.
He went to the bank to stop these debit orders, they stopped it, but either this company or the companies where the policies are from keep on changing the reference numbers so the bank cant stop the debit orders, the bank actually showed us this.
I have been communicating with them on e-mail regarding this, a very rude office lady talked to me, then she sent out the broker to our house on which we showed him whats going on. he said he will fix it, this was october 2013. the 2 employees left round about August September.
I want to know who is going to pay back the money that was taken from us because of someone else not doing their job!!!
