FnB... how can we NOT help you?

I have not been receiving my cellphone notifications or any notifications from fnb from some time now. As you may realise, this is a major inconvenience and a security threat as I cannot do any online transactions and thus have to draw wods of cash to pay for certain things like school fees etc. Furthermore I'm not able to keep track of my account transactions which is both a security issue and a massive "in the dark" inconvenience. Naturally I contacted fnb to assist in the matter... some consultant said they'll get back to me within 48hours. TWO WEEKS LATER I went into the Constantia branch in an attempt to sort it out. Being a weekend I had to wait until Monday to contact the branch again as whatever it is they did didnt seem to work. Then I got told that its my service provider's fault. I promptly contacted my provider and upon some back and forth time wasting and signal checks, established that the problem indeed with fnb. So here I am, almost 2months later with STILL no online banking or notifications... and to think I was going to take out a bond with this bank. I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere- somewhere where I can actually utilise the services promised
