No notifications after several calls and emails

I have generally been happy with the service I receive from FNB, but I have not been notified of any transactions on my credit card for about two months.

I have made several calls and sent emails, but nobody seems to know what the problem is as my details are correct on their system.

I am thinking of closing the account as I am over spending and I feel not receiving notifications also poses a security risk.
