For years now I pay no transaction fees, because I have an Active Savings account which balance I keep above the required amount. My internet banking was also free. Therefore I was shocked when I was suddenly charged an R183.35 internet banking fee at the end of January.
I've contacted both my branch manager and Actionline, but they just say they will investigate and contact me, but I don't hear anything from them.
The same thing happened a year ago, but I was refunded and my account restored to the way it was. Please let me know if my account will be restored or if I should move it to another bank.
