Debited after settling loan

I hav settled my loan within a month of taking it with capfin, I then called them on the 14 december 2013 the day on which I settle my account to check if it had cleared and the agent told me it has not being cleared and I should check on the 17 of december 2013, I then called on the 17th of december 2013 to make sure the loan is settle and the agent notified me the the balance on my loan is R0.00, I then asked her if the debit which is goin to go out today the 20th of december is canceled and she assured me that the system automatically cancels paid off debits, I was pleased with that! UNFORTUNITLY Today the 20th of december 2013 my account have been debited and I'm really off with this kind of service, because capfin never had a hard time getting their money from me, and I don't have the time to waste to phone to sort all this out now, ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP! and I'll never want to use this service again, many of my friends and family will be made away of such poor service!!!
