Good day,
I have sent numerous emails to FinChoice regarding a Retrenchment Claim that I lodge through them. I have requested for someone to get back to me regarding these claims for my personal loan, my KwikAdvance, and laptop purchase. I sent these claims on the one17th May already and now my account is still being debitted. Has no one bothered to look at my claims and process them? Why do I pay a customer protection plan if i can't use it when i need to? I have sent several emails and nobody has bothered getting back to me! I have contacted the call centre about this and all the lady said is "Oh". I cannot pay these amounts! I have no job. I was retrenched due to illness and therefore medically boarded. The money that you so kindly are debitting of my account is money that I need to buy food and daily living expenses. I need someone to look at my claims, correct and refund the money taken and sent me confirmation that the claims have been processed and no further debts will go off my account. Please can someone get back to me VIA email as I am not gonna sit and listen to a call centre agent that can only master the words "Oh". I would like feedback today still!
