No holds on those phone calls!!!

I have a loan with Finchoice. In Sept 2012 I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer stage 1b2 and had a radical hystorectomy in Oct. Due to my Illnesss and also as the company was scaling down I was retrenched. I also had a loan with Direct Axis at the time. I phoned both institutions informing them of my situation. After supplying DAxis with my retrenchment letter and medical reports they immeediately settled my loan acc with them, no further questions asked. As from then Finchoice has not made any effort to resolve this. I received chemo in Mar 2013. A supervisor phoned me roughly 3 months ago now and said he will try and sort it out, yet still the phone calls come. Since 18 Oct 2013 I have been hospitalised again as the cancer have spread. After informing Finchoice of this they continue phoning upt to 5 times a day! Yesterday was the last straw as they phoned my demanding payment minutes after I woke up from surgery! When I told the lady this she said she knowd I'm in hospital, but the acc needs to be paid! This after everythig I've told them and the reports and letters! I am still unemployed and SICK! What don't they understand??? If DA could write off loan then so can Finchoice
