Different amount refunded

After settling all outstanding money owing to African Bank Credit Card, they went and debit my account with R225. I called them and requested that they should stop my credit card and refund the money owing to me. That was five days ago. Today an amount of R88.98 was refunded to me instead of the R225 that was deducted from my account. I called their customer service dept and they informed me that the query is going to take 5 working days, I am sorry 5 working days will not cut it, I want this settled asap. Please Help
