I was working for African until july-2013, I had a staff loan and the loan was settled in full when I left using the amount accumulated from my leave days, friday the 23rd African Bank tried to debit my account and when I called to get clarification, the lady that was suppose to help me by the name of Itumeleng Tabane was so rude she even told me that I am trying not to pay the amount that I am owing african bank, the matter was sent to consumer advocate officer of whom even today haven't said anything and the next thing they will be telling me that I incured interests when non of them could explain what happened in this matter.
Can african bank please help clear this matte
