Tried to draw money on the 30/01/2014, the ATM after about 10 seconds said OUT OF SERVICES got a receipt that said Dispensed amount R0.00, but the money is out of my accounted, phoned Nedbank to report the problem they said it will take up to 5 working days for them to give me a answer as to when my money will be back in my account. Today is the 5th working day and still no money no answers. All they keep on saying is that they will phone back the person were they logged the query has not come back to them please phone again tomorrow. Really don't these people know that this is not acceptable!!! And then still taking money off the account for services fees and for using the ATM. Why is it so hard to get an answer out of somebody that can actually help you instead of I am waiting for them to get back to me!!! And best of all this is the 2nd time of this happening. Busy closing that account and going somewhere where customer services are on the top of there list
