I applied for a student loan at Standard Bank in 2011. My father was my surity, my father passed away June 2012. He was the only breadwinner in our house. I am currently still a full time student who depends on student loans to pay for my studies. I do not receive any income however i have been handed over to lawyers because i cannot afford to pay the installments. i have exhausted all of my resources, i do not know how to settle this matter.
