OUTSURANCE - WHERE YOU DON'T ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT!! My wife reported her wedding ring. Outsurance have refused liability for the ring as they state it was not specified and on Out and About Cover. We have disputed this and requested the tapes to be forwarded to us. A wedding ring is not a jewellery item which gets worn inside the confines of one's house. it's an everyday jewellery item and many woman never ever even take their ring off. The person I dealt with is Cardo Martin. He is a contents manager and let me tell you to get feedback from this gentleman is near impossible! It's been weeks since he said he would get the tapes forwarded to us and he does not reply to any e-mails. he has made it clear with his service that it's all about the money with OUTSURANCE!! Why these delay's?? There is no delay in us paying our premium every month for car - household content cover! We have been shown no " compassion " for our loss. The service have been poor, Our original dispute originates from last year November and the first response we got was beginning Jan. Workload because of last years " hail storms " were blamed for the service initially. i wonder what the excuse is now?
