Outsurance - leaders in POOR service delivery

In April/May 2012 my home was broken into and they my jewellery, which included my wedding ring and band, earrings, neclaces etc. Insured for R60 000.00 for jewellery they chose one of their suppliers to make the jewellery I wanted for R60 000.00.Every 2 months the diamonds were falling of. Proved that it was due to poor workmanhip and low quality products being used by the supplier that Outsurance had sent me to - FAIL No.1!! I laid a complaint with Outsurance during May 2013 in contact with Lerato at Outsurance. She told us to send all the jewellery back. My husband and I (Both), clearly asked her if I will get back exactly what I am returing, we clearly told her to that to make my Jewellery now would cost more than it did 8 months ago due to the time value of money and that I will not be prejudiced because their supplier was less than equipped to make it. SHE TOLD US THAT WE WOULD GET EXACTLY EVERYTHING AS BEFORE, INCL. THE EXACT SPECS and Outsurance will cover the excess, if any, she is now changing her tune and expects me to accept less than what I returned (2 rings, earings, belly ring, watch). Crazy! Legal action is next. They DO NOT live up to great service - Becareful!
