My bond account is with FNB Housing Finance.
I was struggling financially after a near fatal accident and then contacted FNB in Jul2012 to notify them that I am selling my house.
My house was sold and transferred to new owners in Jan 2013.
I was informed by the conveyancers that FNB HF will contact me after sale is cleared to arrange for payment on the shortfall on the sale of the property.
Till today I have not received any communication from their side, apparently they called me in July 2013, however I was not using the number they had on the system as my number was is use by someone else after my phone was.
Bare in mind they had my correct email yet no correspondence was made.
In Oct 2013 I tried to make application for vehicle finance at FNB when i was refused due to R6700 bond payments reflecting on my affordability.
WHen I called from inside the bank, nobody knew what's going on.

Noko is the only person that supposedly can help me but he refuses to answer/return any of my calls.
I cant get credit anywhere and I am spiralling into financial turmoil.
Now that's what I call service!!! :(
