Peter from Outsurance called me back today after my inquiry yesterday to insure my wedding ring. I was disappointed at first to find out that one cannot insure a piece of jewellery on its own, but that it has to be part of household contents or vehicle insurance. But when they could better my cover on my car, and add my ring in to be insured for less than my current insurance provider, I was happy to switch. Peter was helpful, and they did acknowledge all my questions and concerns. I had a good experience overall. I have claimed from Outsurance before, and it all worked out very well.
