Take accountability towards your commitments

I have submitted several requests for claims to be paid out to me of which I furnished out of my pocket in the first place, each time in response I have had an automated message sent back to me stating that my claim has been received and will be processed shortly only to receive a mail two days later that the claim cannot be settled as it is a quote from the service provider, however, it was infant the actual statement from the the GP and also proof of payment in forms of a receipt which was sent through. When I called to enquire about this it was told that they (the call centre) cannot help me as it is only admin which can see the attachments on the mail.

I want somebody to call me who is able to open the attachment of which I have sent through to help me, this pathetic auto mail do not respond does not cut it for me, I expect, as an investor in your company that I deserve at least that much, don't you think. This is a matter of urgency as you are now trying to lengthen the process and take it beyond the 3 month claim window.
