On the 4th February I received a notification from my account saying an amount if R3400 has been debited. I went to the back the following morning and I was told it was for a loan I had taken out in 2006 I than took liberty of advising the consult that I was not aware of this and I don't have a problem pay the amount provided we have an arrangement. I then requested for the reversal of the amount taken. I was told that the money will not be refunded. I asked how can u debit without my consent the advised of the new terms and conditions that I did not sign. Now today I don't have money for rent because my bank decided to debit WITHOUT telling me. Rnb as bank is great but their ethics are I'd rather go with Steve then with fnb I am closing my account with fnb due to this
