Deducting more Money than agreed on!!!

Have a standard bank credit card which i made a agreement to pay a R1000 a month untill i am up to date again true yes i am behind but in todays South africa who is not. So this month i go to draw the last bit of my money i have left and what do i find nothing R00 now i am running around in a panic as my other bills must be paid. I then draw a statement to see what happened and to my shock standard bank deducted R3800 odd Really were is the recording that i gave them permission for that amount and then when i query it with Chris Scott he says he will get back to me after a couple of very rude phone calls to him he eventiolly says no refund will be given so i say i will not except this he gives me Bridgette Davids number. I call her she is like why the did he give you my number really customer service if u asked me only when u have money otherwise u mean nothing. Now for 2 days i have been trying to get a proper email adress as i have to email her the exact same stuff i email chris so she can see if she can refund me just to get given the wrong email and still no feed back i demand my money back or a agreement were i gave u permission to my money.
