Bad Credit?

I ordered a PS4 the day it was put on the site, and I get confirmation but then decline to credit for some unknown reason, but I think you have my details wrong because I earn more money this year, I already have an iPad 2 deal which ends in march. I have been patiently waiting since Dec and took care of all my debt last year. I want this to be fixed ASAP so I can get the PS4 deal.
