On the 22nd January I was called by a agent from Outsurance and we did a quote on my new car to see if they could beat my current premium which they couldn't and as per their adverts they say that is they can beat my current premium they will give me R400.00 and i asked the gentlemen what happens if i have done this before but it was on another car and he told me that he confirmed with his manager and they have overridden their system and i do qualify for the R400.00. The next day I get an email from George Lekhabunyane saying that due to their T&C i do not qualify, i have sent an email to him for him to call me back and he has not called me back since.
