It seems like affinity's personnel has no clue what is going on. I put a claim last year beginning of November until today i have not received any feedback except when i have to call them. I'm told every-time that it was sent to the managers to approve it or they are waiting for something from the bank. This is ridiculous, they are unprofessional and very slow. I've been without a car for 3 months, this needs to be sorted out. They don't update their customers, they treat us like we not paying for our services. I'm paying every month for a car i don't even have anymore. This is nonsense
