PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AUTO & GENERAL. -BMW x3
Initial claim lodged 11/2013 for sunroof leak due to hail. 3 weeks later got an assessor appointment & claim approved. Got authority nr to take my car to Jocks Auto Body 20/1/2014 after TELESURE couldn't generate MY authority nr. My car went in 22/1 after my constant calls as no one called me, I was told on 27/1 my car is fixed but they cant confirm if the leak is gone cause they don't have time to test it. I collected my car on 28/1 and all the warning lights on the dashboard was on & my radio didn't work. The car was soaking wet after the FREE VALET. I immediately went back and was sent to another panel beater to do diagnostics as Jocks didn't have time. I was told same time the diagnostic report could not print as computer box was affected due to WATER. Now, 7 days later and no one has even bothered to call me. I called yesterday and was casually told that they are looking @ WRITING OFF MY BMW X3 because of major damage due to water..??? ^&%&^, I took my car to JOCKS to have a seal replaced on my sunroof and now they are discussing the possibility of writing off my car due to their Negligence.
